The Prophet of Tolerance is a Hierarch that wears bright red robes. He moves around using a golden gravity throne.

The Prophet of Tolerance was a Covenant Hierarch alongside Restraint and Obligation. Despite their titles, the Hierarchs' names were very ironic; the Prophet of Restraint displayed high sexual exploits when forbidden to do so, the Prophetess of Obligation was very lazy towards her duties, and the Prophet of Tolerance had little patience and a very short temper. He was asked to step down in 2524 and was replaced by the Prophet of Mercy.
